PURIM IS COMING! PURIM IS COMING!

Congregation B’nai Torah is offering a unique service as a fund-raiser for the Purim holiday. We will help you to fulfill the mitzvah of “Mishloach Manot” (the sending of two or more edible treats to your friends and family.)

For a donation of $10 per box, you can leave the preparation and local delivery to us. Each box will contain hamantaschen, dried fruit, candy, and pennies for tzedaka. The hamantaschen are kosher pareve. The other items are kosher dairy or pareve. We will hand-deliver the boxes to addresses in Trumbull, Monroe, Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, and Shelton. We can ship boxes to your friends, family (collegiate children will receive a box from B'nai Torah), and business associates anywhere in the U.S. for a fee of $4.00 per box to cover the postage.

An order form is attached, click here to download. Please return the form and your check, payable to “Congregation B’nai Torah”, to:

Charlotte Denenberg
345 Putting Green Road
Trumbull, CT 06611

OR: you may drop the form and your check off at the B’nai Torah office.

PLEASE RETURN ALL FORMS & CHECKS BY THURSDAY, February 10, 2008.

Please Note: In the case of duplicate orders, only one box will be sent to a household. All persons sending boxes to an address will be acknowledged on the enclosed card.

Please Also Note: If you would like to send a box to anyone who sends one to you, please check off the RECIPROCATE box at the bottom of the order form. Checking off the RECIPROCATE box indicates that you agree to assume responsibility for payment of the extra boxes before delivery. We will notify you of the amount owed.

For additional information or if you wish to help assemble and/or deliver boxes, please call Charlotte Denenberg, 268-1021.
